VIRTUAL SUMMER INSTITUTE 2021


Application Status Update: Application Acceptance Decisions for Offer and Wait List have been sent via email as of April 12th, 2021.  If you completed an application, please check for an email from FluidReview to view your decision and other important information. 

Payment for private payers will be due by May 8th, 2021.  Payment will be remitted through a registration link with FSU Conference Services, to be released once all accepted students have confirmed their attendance.  Thank you for your patience.



Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your application:

You must create a user account through this website to apply to the Summer Institute.

When you are prompted to “Please enter a name for your submission,” please use your first and last names.

You will have 3 different “Tasks” to complete on your application dashboard: The “Summer Institute Application 2021” form, Letter of Recommendation #1 – Science Teacher, and Letter of Recommendation #2 – Guidance Counselor or Academic Teacher. 

All 3 tasks MUST be complete BEFORE the March 12th, 2021 deadline for you to be able to click the “Submit Your Application” button at the bottom of the dashboard.   If any of the tasks are incomplete, the submit button will be marked with the message “Prerequisites not met” in red. You may check whether your teacher and/or guidance counselor has submitted their letter by returning to your application dashboard and seeing whether the task is marked “Complete.”  Please check often and follow up with your teachers as needed, since we cannot accept applications not completed by the deadline.

Once all 3 tasks are complete, you MUST click the “Submit Your Application” button at the bottom of your dashboard BEFORE the deadline for your application to be considered.
